Thanks for the really great stay for the price. The room is well-designed with a good bed. The location great for Polaris district, it is short walk to Columbus, nearby restaurants and other services, and many shops and eateries.

The hotel rooms were enjoyable and absolutely great. The hotel's team was accommodating and we liked the rooms with a good bed. The location was marvelous and perfect, very close to everything in a great area.

We were in Columbus for a ball tournament and stayed at Extended Stay. The room was spacious and had a separate room from the bedroom, which was perfect for us. The evening staff was friendly and helpful. com. It was a great place to relax and get away from the chaos of home renovations. Highly recommend and would stay again.

If you book through booking make sure they don't over charge you. They over charged me after they said they fixed it

It has both super-friendly and affable staff. It offers unbeatable, magnificent location.

The rooms offered are quiet and excellent, equipped with a fridge, coffee pot, and a full-size bed. The location is marvelous, situated in a nice area close to many shops and eateries, making it a good area for shopping or dining out.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location near restaurants and stores, nice rates. Loved the alarm clock with seashore sound.

The problem with the eggs was that there were none. Very skimpy breakfast, not even milk and cereal. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. And no coffee maker in the room.

When I was preparing to leave the next morning I saw a massive hair ball in the corner of the bathroom. I hadn't seen it earlier and if I had I might not have stayed there as it was disgusting. I hadn't noticed it earlier, so I can see how house keeping could have missed it since it was in the back corner. But it was huge and revolting.

I had a really great stay for the price. the location was great. - the staff was super friendly. - My room was beautifully designed and complete with a good bed, a sleeper sofa, and a nice shower.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and got in at 2 am from FB game so couldn't switch. Bed super hard like sleeping on the ground.

Rooms, location

No maid service unless you paid ten dollars per day. Key card failed three times and had to be replaced. Full kitchen but you had to request utensils, dishes, etc, separatrly so no one uses it. Thermostat was confusing so my first night was hot

The hotel is fairly clean and the room is large and beautifully designed. They have Disability Access rooms with a sofa bed. The staff cares about everyone. Would stay here again; our experience was great.

It was clean, except we had a smoking room, stunk like cigarettes really bad, open windows and sprayed febreeze and out night was good
